The only thing new I have seen about the surplus equipment that Albero is so infatuated with is that he offered less than what was being asked for it. Ask yourself. If you wanted $1000.00 for a piece of equipment you owned, and someone offered half that amount, would you sell it to them? Especially when you could find a suitable and productive use for it within your own scope of operation.
I think the real reason Albero is so besotted has now been exposed. He is having a temper tantrum because he did not get his way. Maybe a time out in the corner with a couple tear towels will sooth his traumatized pride.
I have made my case for the training props and it is a valid one. I shall say no more.
