Let me see if I got this right. A motorcyclist plays chicken with a train and at the last second decides better of the idea. So he lays the bike down on the road and he gets carted off in an ambulance. He’s a winner?
Sounds more like a lucky loser to me.

Weel, he won because it was an "arguement", not an "argument".
It must be a French version of the word, where, even if you surrender and collaborate, you still win.

The person on the motorcycle is a winner because he got mentioned on "The News Site" by "The Bomb".
My only question is how in the hell do you NOT see a train?
He was running from Joe and his camera and the train seemed like the better option.
