I am not a lawyer (thank goodness) and I do not claim to have an inherent knowledge of the law concerning the First Amendment Rights. I do understand however that as with many laws it’s interpretation is much debated. The debate here is plain. Where do First Amendment Rights end and slander begin. Certainly a public official should expect to be scrutinized more than most, but is there limit? I think so.
Albero is bound to spend a little more time sitting to the left of a judge. It’s a chair he is much more familiar with than me. By the way Albero—don’t waste your time looking me up in the Court System. I’m not there.

Defamation is the communication of a statement that makes a false claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may harm the reputation of an individual, business, product, group, government or nation.
Important Cases:
New York Times Co. v. Sullivan
Lorain Journal Co. v. Milkovich
And for Joe vs. Parody websites I will refer him to Hustler Magazine v. Falwell.
Joe is also liable for "defamation per se" in my opinion in many instances.
If JJ doesn't include family in his bashing.....how does Mayor Tilgman's daughter fit into this?? She isn't a public figure, yet he bashed her.
I remember him bringing Shanie Shields daughter up also and calling her a deadbeat.
Joe could easily face 10+ lawsuits from private citizens. If he looses these currently pending cases you can bet you'll see more filed.
OH! HOW RIGHT YOU ARE! I for one am just waiting to see the outcome of the Cheif and Mayors suits. Albero LIES. And he will be held accountable for his actions.
